となります。
「不確実性」ってなんだか難しい響きですね。
ちょっと調べてみました。
いろいろな説明がありましたが、
私が一番分かりやすかったのは、
「リスクは予想するもので、
不確実性は予測できないもの」
という説明です。
誰も数ヶ月前に、今のこの新型コロナウイルスによる
大混乱は予想できなかったでしょう。
世の中、不確実性に溢れていますが、
そんな中でも不確実性にうまく対処する方法が
この記事では語られています。

簡単に意訳すると

ですね。
